Introduction

Sudatoon ("we", "us", or "our") built the Drawy mobile application ("Drawy" or "the App") as a coloring app for children. Drawy lets kids pick a picture and tap to fill it with color, save their artwork, and share it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, how it is used, and the choices available to parents and guardians.

Drawy is designed with children's privacy as a priority. The App does not require account creation, does not collect personal information from children, and stores all artwork and progress locally on the device.

By using Drawy, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Drawy does not require you to create an account and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children, including names, email addresses, photos, or location data.

The App may collect limited, non-personal technical information automatically, such as:

• Device type and operating system version
• App crash and performance data
• General, non-precise data used to serve advertising (see Advertising, below)

This technical information cannot be used on its own to identify a specific child. Artwork a child creates in the App (saved coloring pages) is stored only on the device and is never uploaded to Sudatoon or any server.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Drawy is intended for use by children and is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• The App has no chat, messaging, social features, or in-app browser.
• The App does not require sign-up, login, email, or any personal identifier to be used.
• Any advertising shown to a user identified as a child is served with child-directed treatment (see Advertising, below), which disables personalized ads, interest-based advertising, and remarketing, and limits the transmission of advertising identifiers.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by COPPA, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Parents who believe their child has provided personal information to us can contact us at sudatoonteam@gmail.com.

Advertising

Drawy shows a single small banner ad, provided by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), placed so it does not interrupt coloring or interfere with the App's controls.

To protect children, ad requests from Drawy are tagged for child-directed treatment and served under a maximum content rating of "G". This means:

• No personalized or interest-based advertising
• No remarketing based on prior app activity
• The advertising identifier is not transmitted with ad requests
• Only ads that are compliant with Google Play's Families policy and Apple's guidelines for kids' apps are eligible to be shown

AdMob may still process limited technical data (such as general device and app information) needed to deliver and measure an ad. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not use interstitial, rewarded, or full-screen ads anywhere in the App.

Data Storage and Security

All app data — including saved coloring pages, progress, and settings such as sound preference or language — is stored locally on the child's device. Drawy has no backend server and no user database. This data is not transmitted to Sudatoon and is not accessible to us.

If the App is uninstalled, this locally stored data is removed from the device along with it. We recommend using your device's built-in backup features if you want to preserve saved artwork.

We do not integrate any analytics, crash-reporting, or social SDKs that are not approved for use in child-directed services.

International Users (GDPR-K)

For users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, we rely on the fact that Drawy does not collect personal data from children and does not require parental consent for account creation, since no account exists. Where ad-serving technologies (see Advertising) process any limited technical data for EEA/UK users, this is limited to non-personalized, child-directed ad delivery.

Parents or guardians in these regions may still contact us at sudatoonteam@gmail.com with any question or request relating to their child's use of the App.

Parental Rights and Controls

As a parent or guardian, you can:

• Contact us at sudatoonteam@gmail.com to ask what limited technical data (if any) has been processed in connection with your child's use of the App, or to request it be deleted where applicable
• Uninstall the App at any time, which removes all locally stored artwork, progress, and settings from the device
• Disable ads for your child by using your device's or app store's parental controls, where available

We do not offer any purchases inside Drawy at this time. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated in advance and any purchase-related feature will require parental confirmation before use.

Children's Online Safety

Drawy has no chat, messaging, comments, user profiles, or any way for children to communicate with other users or with strangers. The App does not contain external links accessible to the child, and does not request access to contacts, camera, or precise location.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App adds new features. Any changes will be posted at this same page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage parents to review this policy periodically.
